seasonal Okra

I made a simple side dish of okra.

This is very easy and delicious!

You can add dried bonito and soy sauce to sliced okra.

I used the okra grown on my father's organic farm.

These are still soft, but they're growing up and getting bigger.
I'm afraid that they become too hard to eat, if we leave them too long...(;´Д`)ノ

Vegetables have good time to eat.

In the case of an okra, if they grow too much, they become so hard with too much fiber that it is difficult in cooking and eating.
I like eating food as long as they taste good.
And it means eating seacsonal food is the best way!
